Made to order items cannot be returned or replaced
Replacements accepted within 7 days of delivery in case of damaged goods
Damage of all fragile products must be reported within 48 hours supported with images/videos. The replacement of the damaged product will be done within the timeline specified for that product.
Action: Upon receipt of above information by our helpdesk, it will be reviewed & confirmed for either repair or full product replacement.
Refunds or Cancellation:
Applicable only if the customer claims it prior to shipping of goods.
Once shipped it cannot be cancelled.
In case of order cancellation, then cancellation charges of 20% are levied on order value and balance is refunded within 7 working days upon receipt of cancellation request.
